Foods Of Venezuela

Food We all love it, we all need it. There are many different types of foods out their, but venezuelan foods is the topic today. Venezuelza is located in south America and in this region the food is very different. hopefully that in the next paragraphs you will see just how different the food is. We will see what is the typical breakfast, lunch, and dessert of venezuela.

In Venezuela the typical and most important part of break is the Arepa. The Arepa is a bread and is very common in venezuela. Families have made this a necessary part of breakfast, its just like any tradition americans have in the United States. The arepa is made from moistened maize, Its ground between stones to produce a pliable dough. Later they were formed into discs and heated to a high temperature on earthenware tiles called "aripos", hence the name Arepa. The dish is very delicious and can go with just about anything in a typical venezuelan breakfast. The foods in venezuela is different in every region of venezuela. With a wide variety of usually savoury fillings, the arepa is a complete and nourishing food. Each region has its own specialities. This part of a traditional breakfast meal came from the natives in small indigenous villages who grew the ingredients themselves. Though used mostly for breakfast the arepa can be used for any meal of the day. It can be put in different combinations of styles with added fillings in the bread, Also with its wide varieties of topings. The arepa is a bread that goes with about anythin you want It to. Families in venezuela have created many styles of Arepa, Creating their own family tradition.

Venezuela also has a typical lunch meal which is known as empanadas. The empanadas in Venezuela are deep fried, stuffed corn flour patties. Depending on the region you can even find shark, clams and other types of seafood fillings especially in coastal regions like Margarita Island. The most typical empanadas are filled with cheese and meat. Typical families have made this the most delicious meal. Empanadas are like the little pizzas of venezuela though it does not use tomatoe sauce it uses cheese and delicious chili sauce if you choose. Just like a typical venezuelan meal the ingredients are all natural and most likely hand picked. Empanadas are very delicious and rich in flavor. The name comes from the Spanish verb empanar, which means to wrap or coat in bread. Usually the empanada is made by folding a thin dough into a patty over the stuffing, creating its typical semicircular shape. Empanadas are also known by a wide variety of names in different regions. It is likely that the Venezuelan empanadas were originally from Galicia,Spain, where an empanada is prepared similar to a pie that is cut in pieces, making it a portable. The Galician empanada is usually prepared with cod fish or chicken. The empanada gallega has also become very popular in that region because of many immigrants that have moved to venezuelan regions. There are many ways of creating your own Empanada.

The dessert, probably not as popular but very very delicious is known as el besito de coco. It is a good desert with cocunut all over it, its a vanilla rich cookie at the same time. The origin of this treat is not truly known but many believe it derived from indigenous cultures or african slaves that came with the spanish conquerors to south america. Even though I could not find much information on this it is a very delicious treat for any special occasion. The Besito de coco can be made just about anyway you want it to be. The cookie can be shaped and formed to your choosing with many varieties of toppings added to it. Besito de coco is also translated to coconut kisses and if coconut is what you love then this tasty treat is meant for you. Its a very easy and fun to make, the family can also be brought in to try and create these very tasty treats. Not a whole lot is needed for the recipe all you need is vanilla, coconut shavings, brown sugar, eggs, and your hands. The process is not hard at all, 1st, Preheat oven to 350 F and make sure its working. 2nd, Grease a 13x9x2 cookie sheet. 3rd, In a bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients together into a dough. 4th, Divide the dough as many balls or shapes as you can. 5th, Place the dough on the greased cookie sheet and bake for about 35 minutes, They should be golden when they are ready. Go and have as much fun as you can with this recipe, Bring a little of venezuela to your home.

Comidas. Todos de nosotros las amamos, todos de nosotros las necesitamos. Hay muchos tipos diferentes de comida en el mundo, pero las comidas de Venezuela son el tema de hoy. Venezuelza se encuentra en La America del Sur y en esta región la comida es muy diferente. Ojala que en estas párrafos siguiendos, usted va a ver cómo differente son las comidas de Venezuela. Vemos cuales son el desayuno, almuerzo, y postre típico de Venezuela.

En Venezuela la parte típico y más importante de desayuno es el Arepa. El Arepa es un pan muy común en Venezuela. Familias han hecho éste necesario para el desayuno. Es como las tradiciones americanos de los Estados Unidos. El Arepa ésta hecho de maíze húmedo. Está molido entre piedras para producir una masa flexible. Luego fueron formados en discos y puestos a una temperatura alta en mosaicos de barro llamado "aripos", de esto forma el nombre “Arepa”. El plato es muy delicioso y puede unir con casi todo en el desayuno venezolano típico. Los alimentos en Venezuela son diferentes en cada regíon de Venezuela. Con una gran variedad de rellenos sabrosos, el arepa es un alimento completo y nutritivo. Cada región tiene sus propias especialidades. Esta parte del desayuno tradicional vino de los nativos en pequeñas pueblos indígenas que crecieron los ingredientes por sí mismos. Aunque está utilizado en su mayor parte para el desayuno el arepa puede ser utilizado para cualquier comida del día. Puede ser puesto en combinaciones diferentes de estilos con rellenos agregados en el pan, También con sus variedades extensas de coberturas, el arepa es un pan que va con casi cada cosa que Usted desea. Las familias en Venezuela han creado muchos estilos de Arepa, Creando su propia tradición familiar.

También Venezuela tiene una comida típica para el almuerzo que es conocida como “empanadas”. Las empanadas en Venezuela están fritas y llenado de harina de maíz. Depende de la región, Usted puede encontrar un tiburón, las almejas y otros tipos de mariscos especialmente en las regiones costeras como la Isla de Margarita. Empanadas son como las pizzas chiquitas de Venezuela, aunque no se usa la salsa de tomate, tiene queso y se use la salsa de chile si usted quiere. Como una típica comida venezolana los ingredientes son todos naturales y la mayoría están escogidos por mano. Empanadas son muy deliciosas y ricas de sabor. El nombre viene del verbo en español “empanar”, significa a envolver con el pan. Generalmente la empanada está hecho por doblar una masa delgada en una empanada alrededor del relleno, creando su forma típica. También Empanadas son conocidas por una gran variedad de nombres en regiones diferentes. Es probable que la empanada de Venezuela fue originalmente de Galicia, España, donde la empanada está preparado semejante a una torta que está cortado en pedazos, haciéndolo una comida portable. La empanada de gallego está preparado generalmente con pescado de bacalao o pollo. La Empanada gallega de empanada también ha llegado a ser muy popular en esa región a causa de muchos inmigrantes que se han mudado a regiones venezolanas. Hay muchas maneras de crear su propia empanada.

El postre, probablemente no es tan popular pero todavía es muy delicioso es conocido como besito de coco. Es una galleta de vanilla con coco por todas partes. El origen de este postre no es conocido pero muchos creen que vino de las culturas o los esclavos indígenas de África cuando vinieron los conquistadores de España a América del Sur. El Besito de coco puede estar hecho en casi alguna manera posible. La galleta puede estar formada de cualquier manera con muchas variedades de coberturas. Es fácil y divertido para hacer, la familia también puede ser una parte de crear y tratar estos besitos muy sabrosos. Usted No necesita para la receta. Todo lo que usted necesita es vanilla, rasuradas de coco, el azúcar moreno, los huevos, y las manos. El proceso no es difícil. Primero: Precaliente el horno a los grados 350 F y asegurase de que funciona. Segundo: Engrasa una hoja de galleta de una capacidad 13 por 9 por 2. Tercer: En un tazón, mezcla todos los ingredientes juntos en una masa. Cuarto: Divide la masa en tantas pelotas o formas como puede.
